Abstract


According to statistics, by the end of August 2003, the cumulative Jiangsu Province, rural labor transfer number has reached 1340.9 million, accounting for 50.94% of the province's total rural labor force, and, at this stage, Jiangsu Province, the transfer of rural labor in a period of slow growth. Existing research shows that the transfer of rural labor have important impact on the entire socio-economic.
