Abstract


With the advent of the information age , information technology applied to a large number of university management , especially among college human resources management . How through the application of information technology to improve the orderly management and effectiveness , to protect the university strategic goals , is placed before all managers stables , a difficult problem . In this thesis, faculty information management as the starting point to study the establishment of the college human resource management college staff card , under the guidance of the idea of ??\information management system established . The main content of this paper is divided into three parts: the first part of the situation and analysis of human resource management in the University information system ; investigation and analysis of the second part of the card system ; Part III card in the human resources information management . Faculty information management system is a comprehensive , systematic management , the paper elaborated on the background of this system , proposed the establishment of the faculty card information management system envisaged for the practical needs of the management and staff of colleges and universities , and specific , multi-angle exposition . The purpose of this paper is that college staff card information management system to guide colleges and universities to establish faculty management information platform to achieve effective and rational combination of people, processes , technology , three , the management , personnel management mode promoted to HR strategic management model to enhance the status of departments , improve the management level , will be more effectively ensured the realization of strategic objectives in colleges and universities .
