Abstract


Stock market insider trading , not only seriously undermined the market order , a tremendous impact on the stock price volatility , serious damage to the interests of unsuspecting traders undermined investor confidence , but also greatly reduces the efficiency of the securities market , distorting the market price ability to respond to the value of assets , destruction of the stock market asset allocation efficiency. Therefore , strengthening the regulatory functions of the securities regulatory authorities to protect the legitimate interests of investors , securities regulators around the world to become an important mission . Currently, most countries have developed laws prohibiting insider trading . China in the 2005 revision of the \However, as an \And , our focus remains on insider trading \Thus, how to strengthen prevention in advance , from the legislative system to effectively reduce insider trading , and through legal means to prohibit insider trading , becoming China's securities investor protection an important issue. The author tries to China's securities market problems , combined with the actual situation, China's securities market insider trading regulation improvement research.
