Abstract


A stock market system, including exchange-traded market (stock exchange market) and two types of over-the-counter market. The OTC market is an important part of the securities market, to broaden the financing channels for SMEs, to provide exit mechanism for venture capital investment, culture exchange market listed companies source and improve the securities market exit mechanism plays an important role. Examine major market economy is relatively developed in the construction of national or regional securities markets, such as the U.S., China, Taiwan, mostly structured the butt stock market communication system to meet the main demand of different investment and financing.
