Abstract


Treatment of early enamel caries is one of the priorities of caries prevention and treatment lies in the use of effective remineralization drugs and the diagnostic accuracy . Clinical observation of 38% ammonium fluoride silver remineralization effects than other drugs , but due to its tooth surface can darken corrosion oral soft tissues , without the majority of patients to accept . Nutgall in recent years has been studying the anti-caries drug experiments confirmed that it will inhibit collagen decomposition of the dentin remineralization and inhibition of enamel demineralization , but has not been reported in the literature for early enamel caries remineralization . This study was designed observed nutgall on artificial enamel caries surface morphology, surface elements from extracted teeth early , remineralization effect observed in animal experiments the remineralization of the enamel surface , to explore the early artificial enamel caries promoting remineralization . From first part nutgall promoting remineralization feasibility study the experimental serum albumin in enamel caries positioning scanning electron microscopy ( SEM ) observations of human serum albumin (HSA) in the early natural enamel caries and artificial enamel caries positioning , the results showed : high magnification SEM , natural enamel caries enamel prisms , polystyrene beads combine glaze column , artificial enamel caries the enamel prisms partially destroyed , polystyrene beads results
