Abstract


In recent years, the incidence of tuberculosis upward trend . Acid-fast bacilli sputum smear is recommended by WHO TB diagnostic methods, isolation and culture of Mycobacterium tuberculosis diagnosis of tuberculosis is the \How to improve the diagnosis of sputum negative tuberculosis patients rate and shorten the time of diagnosis was tuberculosis control work is facing major problems. In recent years, can be curved bronchoscopy technology widely used to provide the conditions. Objective: To study can be curved and interventional bronchoscopy sputum negative diagnostic techniques for the diagnosis of tuberculosis patients . Methods: 65 cases of three consecutive negative sputum or no sputum hospitalized tuberculosis patients , OK electronic bronchoscopy and bronchial pollution while brushing (PSB), pollution prevention bronchoalveolar lavage (PBAL), bronchoscopic biopsy and bronchoscopic brush biopsy (SB). Pathological specimens were obtained , Mycobacterium tuberculosis culture and acid-fast bacilli smear investigation . Results: 1.65 cases of endoscopic bronchial mucosa see cheese necrosis eight cases , biopsy histopathology were confirmed bronchial tuberculosis ; Other abnormal bronchial mucosa congestion, edema , pallor , erosion , etc., are not specific . 2 AFB microscopy situations: bronchoscopic brush biopsy smear positive for acid-fast bacilli in 7 cases, bronchoalveolar lavage fluid was centrifuged sediment pollution smear-positive in 13 cases, the eluent was centrifuged sediment pollution smear brush biopsy positive in 7 cases, 8 cases of smear-positive patients . 3 Mycobacterium tuberculosis culture conditions : All patients antipollution bronchoalveolar lavage specimens and bronchoscopic brush biopsy eluent pollution pre-treatment samples were inoculated change
