Abstract


Objective: glioma is the highest incidence of tumors in neurosurgery , existing clinical treatment of human glioma effect is not ideal to carry out a new method of treatment , first need to find out the molecular mechanism of its incidence . Related to the occurrence of known body a variety of oncogenes and tumor suppressor gene abnormalities and glioma , glioma oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes change is not entirely clear , between oncogenes and / or tumor suppressor gene the complex relationship needs to be clarified. The tumor suppressor gene is the most important protection mechanism against tumor inhibited tumorigenesis . In recent years found a new tumor suppressor gene P33 ING1 on the structure and function of the interdependence of P53 , a synergistic effect , can promote apoptosis , inhibition of cell growth ; However , the expression of state little studied in human glioma . At the same time , especially glioma malignant glioma aggressive growth, high proliferative activity and relapse after surgery and other biological characteristics of the processes involved in tumor cell adhesion , matrix degradation , cell migration , and many other aspects , the fundamental reason not been fully elucidated . PINCH as new assembly proteins task is mediated by the formation of specific protein complexes and the media as signaling , possibly malignant proliferation and invasion of tumor growth impetus , but there is no research PINCH in glioma . This article aims to explore from the gene and protein level biological characteristics P33ING1 and PINCH in glioma , and they glioma , development , and possible means to provide clinical treatment and new drug development for glioma with new ideas .
