Abstract


In recent years, along with the further development of corruption and bribery crime of a larger cases, especially the exposure and get punished. This not only fully demonstrated the corruption of the central committee, and effectively guarantee to our economic development and social stability. At the same time, we also should see, due to various reasons, some local bribery crime long-standing, some areas and even fiercer, anti-corruption situation is still serious attention must be paid. Bribery crime and its direct erosion of human body, corrupt nation state organs, ruler of the reputation of succession, BoRuoZhe will fall crime abyss sank. So say bribery crime is entered a new century Chinese still faced severe problems.Current bribery crime appeared a lot of new situation, the new question of investigation, put forward new requirements and challenges,practice shows that the bribery crime investigation mainly sanatoriums:one is found,2 is a breakthrough, Three is hard evidence. Therefore, further strengthen the bribery crime investigation, solve the problem is a sanatoriums strategic theory, the urgent needs to solve a practical problem, become the focus of people. In this article is based on the research and discussionThis preface, basic content and points in three parts. Conclusion One basic content is the main part of the article.Briefly introduced the bribery crime preface to the social status, harm and fiercer, introduces the development trend of reality, bribes investigation illustrates the importance of the problem of the study and research of this purpose and key.The basic content is divided into five parts:The first chapter discusses the general principles of the investigation of bribes. First Outlines the bribery and corruption of the investigation, the basic principles and bribery investigation of historical development, to study the bribery investigation of the problem, research animals is of great theoretical and practical significance.The second chapter to bribery investigation subjects were studied. Expounds the main investigation law bribes, duties and responsibilities, bribery investigation power operation procedures, and the main power corruption of boundary detection and bribery investigation of the denotation and connotation of the subject, make all this common people and law enforcers to bribery investigation subject more clearly know that people and law enforcers know what is right and what is beyond the law enforcers, so that citizens better enforcement of maintaining their legal rights.The third chapter of bribery investigation objects. Through the investigation of bribery subject, object and the object of behavior, expounds the investigation objects which are taking bribes, bribery investigation is what crime investigation, bribery crime objects which interests, infringe upon the public prosecutor and so on bribery investigation objects have more sober and, on the other hand, know that citizens can make oneself rights from infringement, on the other hand made a case in accordance with the law enforcers do better.The fourth chapter explains in detail in the present investigation in bribes and investigation, and combining with the mode of foreign bribery investigation shows China mode, bribes investigation way challenges, so we realize our reality investigation method of bribes, China law enforcers to bribery investigation way has a clear understanding.The fifth chapter explains how to perfect our current bribery investigation mechanism, by analyzing current bribery investigation mechanism are the main problems, and put forward the basic path and bribery investigation, thus to mechanism of bribery crime and better strike against bribery crime specified according to law.Conclusion to the full sum, and emphasizes the bribery crime investigation of great practical significance to research points.
