Foreword cardia is seriously endangering people's health, cancer , one of the five -year survival rate is about 20% , mainly due to treatment failure recurrence and metastasis. Therefore, in addition to the clinical application of information as the basis for treatment options , but to find prognostic factors and accurately determine the prognosis and found a significant tendency to malignancy in patients with postoperative timely comprehensive treatment is crucial. p53, p16 and C-erbB-2 gene and cell proliferation are closely related, they reported the expression of a variety of tumor related clinical significance . Purpose 1. Detection cardia p53, p16 and C-erbB-2 gene expression ; 2 . Analysis of its expression and clinical pathologic parameters ; 3 clinical data to understand p53, p16 and C-erbB-2 protein the prognostic value of the expression . Materials and Methods January 2000 to September 2004 in the Liaoning Provincial People's Hospital, Thoracic Surgery, surgical treatment and pathologically confirmed and preserved cardiac tissue paraffin blocks of 60 cases . Immunohistochemistry was used to detect 60 cases of cardiac tissue p53, p16 and C-erbB-2 protein expression status , combined with clinical data were analyzed.
