Abstract


Objective: To detect the expression of KDR in placenta of patients with varying degrees of preeclampsia and normal pregnant women , and to detect them placental MVD values ??, to explore the relationship between the expression of KDR and preeclampsia placenta of patients with vascular lesions , to study the pathogenesis of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy mechanism to provide the basis for the prevention and treatment of the disease . Methods: SP immunohistochemical assay KDR expression in severe preeclampsia group of 22 cases , 20 cases of mild group and normal control group of 20 cases of placenta in mind the number of placental mesenchymal MVD value . Results: The patients with severe preeclampsia placenta KDR expression was significantly lower than that of patients with mild and normal pregnant women ( P lt; 0.01 ) , mild preeclampsia group than in the control group KDR expression significantly decreased ( P lt; 0.05 ) . Severe preeclampsia placenta in patients with MVD value was significantly lower than the mild group and normal control group ( P lt; 0.01 ) , and the MVD values ??decrease of mild preeclampsia group than in the control group ( P lt; 0.05 ) . Preeclampsia and normal placentas KDR expression and MVD value change was a significant positive correlation ( r = 0.855 , P lt ; 0.01) . Conclusion : The the preeclampsia placenta local KDR expression intensity and MVD was significantly lower , both changes was a significant positive correlation , the placenta of patients with poor vascular remodeling , KDR expression intensity decreases with the occurrence of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy , the development of closely related.
