Abstract


Objective To study the the Jilin Han psoriasis vulgaris patients HLA-DRB 1 each allele frequency , looking for disease susceptibility genes to investigate the pathogenesis and provide a theoretical basis for effective prevention and gene therapy . Method using sequence-specific primers - polymerase chain reaction ( SSP / PCR ) genotyping method on 80 cases in northern Chinese Han patients with psoriasis vulgaris and 82 healthy controls were HLA - DRB 1 , etc. allele were detected and analyzed statistically. Patients with psoriasis vulgaris HLA - DRB 1 < / sub > * 1 HLA - DRB in 1 < / sub > * 7 frequency distribution of , respectively, 1.2% , 9.9% ; normal control group, HLA - DRB 1 < / sub > * 1 , HLA - DRB in 1 < / sub > * 7 distribution frequencies were 6.7 %, 3.6 % ; these two allele frequencies compared with normal control group , the difference was significant ( P lt ; 0.05 ) . Conclusion HLA - DRB 1 < / sub > * 7 Jilin Han of psoriasis susceptibility gene the HLA - DRB in 1 < / sub > * 1 as a protective gene .
