Abstract


Produced in the UK equitable floating mortgage system has broken the \the widely respected . China's \The lack of existing provisions and the lack of running the system , so that the floating mortgage system into a variety of difficulties. To maximize the floating charge system -specific features , combined with China 's actual need from the system running all aspects of starting , improving the existing legislation . In this paper, combing the basic theory , a clear system of floating mortgage pros and cons ; legislation by examining several typical cases, combined with our existing regulations , explore most make floating mortgage system weaknesses and meet legislative requirements of its development trends ; simultaneously from the mortgagee person's point of view , put forward practical measures that can be taken in response to enhanced floating mortgage system usability. Article seeks to pass legislation correcting and enhancing the practice of floating mortgage system usability initiatives to promote the application of floating mortgage system , making the financing of various subjects suffered a way to solve a certain extent, China's SMEs , individual industrial and commercial households and agricultural production operators financing problem .
