Abstract


Since the end of the 19th century , Oscar Wilde has been a controversial figure in the history of English literature . As an advocate of aestheticism , his aversion to the hypocritical morality of the Victorian era and philistine atmosphere , play \Obviously , this theory there are many contradictory and difficult to implement the practice in artistic creation . However , this does not obliterate Wilde made ??an important contribution to the British operatic style . His life has created seven drama, where tragedy \Say \Dramatic Art , the two works are also distinctive , beyond the traditional Victorian drama .
