Abstract


The paper is divided into five parts , each part as follows : Introduction Since 1979 , China's exports of goods have been repeatedly worsening foreign dumping allegations : At the same time, the dumping of foreign goods in China was rapidly spreading . However , our long-term due to inadequate attention . Countries in the world today has become the dumping and anti-dumping occupation of foreign markets and to protect its market important and effective method to address and solve this problem has become the top priority of national interests and legitimate rights and interests . This article aims to explore this aspect . Chapter One , the anti-dumping Overview .
