Abstract


The past two decades , China's hotel industry has been unprecedented rapid development of increasingly fierce competition in the hotel industry , competition in the hotel industry is essentially a talent competition . Training is an important means to enhance staff skills and quality, and enhance the core competitiveness hotel . This article Jiangsu New Century Hotel staff training practice-based study , combined with today's training theory .
