Abstract


To examine from the Angle of contract economics, agricultural industrialization, is not only a new perspective, and is the urgent need to speed up the development of agricultural industrialization. This article applies the relevant theories of economics, game theory and contract on the generation and development of agricultural industrialization management are analyzed and studied. And the contractual relationship is not stable in the agricultural industrialization management, contract execution rate low is studied and discussed. This paper holds that agricultural industrialization leading enterprises, intermediary organizations and farmers through various contracts to collaboration, jointly complete the a mode of operation of agricultural production activities. Agricultural industrialization management contract is a three interactive game rules and the gaming result of the interaction. This result may be pareto optimality, also may be the prisoner's dilemma. Government is the organizers and managers of agricultural industrialization, it has an important influence on the development of agricultural industrialization. How to solve the problem of contracts in the industrialized operation of agriculture, pareto efficiency improvement. Based on the improved technology, strengthen supervision, perfect the mechanism and so on some improvement measures are put forward. Maintain stability of the contract are analyzed by using the model, and improve the contract execution rate of several factors, and puts forward the corresponding measures.
