Abstract


The trailer registration system is an important system of civil law , real property transfer . It originated in Prussia, are clearly defined in the Civil Code of Germany , Switzerland , Japan and other civil law countries , is an integral part of real property system . This paper attempts to collate national legislation for notice registration system , further more detailed analysis of its institutional value, the main content and system functionality , so as to improve and perfect our notice registration system put forward concrete idea . The body of the paper is divided into three chapters. The first chapter of the theoretical value of the notice of the registration system , which demonstrated the existence of the notice registration system foundation and elaborated a notice registration system for the protection of the rights of people is a manifestation of the claims rem . Also the assignee of real property for the protection of the rights of property rights expectations . The second chapter discusses the main content of the notice registration system . The contents of the notice of the registration system mainly involving the scope of the request the right to notice of registration , the validity of the notice of registration , the right of defense of the obligor and the occurrence of the notice of registration , eradication and cancellation . The third chapter discusses the notice registration system as a supporting auxiliary systems , and how to perform its functions , the value of the system operation . In this section discusses the system functions notice registration system in a real estate sale and liquid contract commitment . Notice registration system can effectively standardize the pre-sale market , and can be effectively regulated drawbacks of liquid contract , which provides legal support for the legitimacy of the liquid contract .
