Abstract


In modern society, access to timely and accurate information needed for individual learning , living, business operations of the country's development as well as the fate of inestimable role plays . We are in the era of information explosion , the information in modern society there is massive , and growing at an alarming rate . Social development, information surge , facing voluminous , messy, disorderly information , in order to find the information they need , without the search engine its difficult to imagine . People have been actively exploring options for organization, management information tools and instruments , with the development of computer technology , database technology came into being , the database for the user to play a similar role in the search engines . Database technologies, greatly improving the efficiency of people management information , thus becoming an important modern society information management tools , databases also become an important part of information resources . Thesis consists of five chapters, Chapter 1 of the digital libraries and databases have been defined , the object of this paper to define the traditional library in the digital library database construction process of changing intellectual property issues encountered , and domestic digital libraries and databases outside the latest developments are outlined. Chapter 2 discusses the necessity of protecting the database , the database legislation , analyzes of foreign U.S. , the EU's legislative situation , the domestic to the \Analysis carried out . Chapter 3 of the digital library database encountered in the construction of the actual analysis of intellectual property issues , the digital library database is divided into self-built database , develop databases, buy three types of database and analyzed by type of building process intellectual property issues. Chapter 4 analyzes the measures for the protection of databases , the database copyright laws , unfair competition laws , contractual protection law protection, special protection of rights , such as protection of technological protection measures were analyzed. Chapter 5 summarizes the digital library database intellectual property protection of the information industry and the overall economic development of the importance and far-reaching significance.
