Abstract


The past two decades , entrepreneurship phenomenon has aroused widespread concern , but also attracted many scholars in this field continued exploration . Times change makes the increasingly prominent role of entrepreneurs , entrepreneurship and innovation is also increasingly becoming a major force in promoting social development , we can say we have ushered in an era of entrepreneurship entrepreneur . However, not all people who have entrepreneurial passion can entrepreneurial success , entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs have very strict quality requirements , lack of entrepreneurial qualities , it is difficult to obtain entrepreneurial success . Therefore, this article focuses on the quality of the entrepreneur from the perspective of the entrepreneurial process conducted in-depth research . This paper aims to study the entrepreneur has the entrepreneurial qualities and capabilities for entrepreneurship and growth process. Entrepreneurs to conduct business is a dynamic process, so the entrepreneurial process associated with quality and ability of entrepreneurs formation is not static , but dynamic, at different stages of business growth specific exhibit different forms. In addition, the quality of the entrepreneur is inseparable from the formation of new ventures growth environment , the entrepreneurial process from the enterprise to talk about the entrepreneurial qualities are unrealistic. Therefore, this paper attempts to re- create the life cycle of starting to study the quality of the entrepreneur and the dynamic relationship between corporate entrepreneurial process , and on this basis, systematically expounded the growth of new enterprises in the different stages of quality requirements for entrepreneurs , as well as entrepreneur has the quality and ability is how to promote interaction between the growth of start-ups . Finally, this paper attempts to evaluate the entrepreneur entrepreneurial qualities made ??the evaluation index system , and then using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of combining the entrepreneurial qualities were evaluated. Zhejiang entrepreneurs through entrepreneurship qualities typical empirical research , pointed out that the future entrepreneurs cultivate the entrepreneurial process should focus on the quality and capability.
