Abstract


Tocqueville was a political thinker of liberal ideas in the history of a virtuous , the \This paper argues that to correctly understand Tocqueville 's political thought must be found throughout the Tocqueville life and political thought basic view of the domestic just a part of Tocqueville political thought as a discourse topic , and discusses the slightly profound lack clues , I believe that this clue Tocqueville love for freedom , and thus the formation of liberal theory , the basic clues of Tocqueville's \\a fundamental question - how to retain the fundamental values ??of freedom of this precious and fragile conform to the historical trends of modern democratic society , the paper argues that it is the basic thinking constitutes a liberal theory interpretation of Tocqueville analytical framework , it is through its early years of his political career in person to the United States and carried out detailed study of the thinking and in his later years on the relationship between the French Old Regime and the French Revolution , Tocqueville to show us his grand blueprint for liberal theory .
