Abstract


In this paper, Lizhu Group for the study, from the company's financial structure and its development and changes in the perspective of its nearly three years published financial statements , on the integration of the new franc 's management performance and effectiveness of investment activities for deeper analysis . In analyzing Franc Group's financial statements in the process, the main use of trend analysis, ratio analysis , financial ratios integrated scoring , DuPont financial ratio analysis and other basic theory of financial analysis and financial analysis . This paper elaborates new consolidated financial position of Cabernet Franc and the formation of the root causes of the existing Livzon some major issues , such as: asset utilization efficiency is not high, the cost is too large, outdated sales model and other issues , in elucidating the underlying causes of its formation and its effect on the hazards posed by the company at the same time , proposed solutions and constructive suggestions. This paper aims to provide an effective dissected and analyzed the financial statements of the reference model ; Lizhu Group as our shareholders and potential investors to provide a finance and investment objective , useful analysis reference platform ; want to Lizhu Group's operating managers to adjust management methods and improving investment decisions scientific theory .
