Abstract


The 21st century, the tide of economic globalization , how to improve the country's economic strength has become the efforts made by States to study the subject . Country or region 's economic strength is embodied in industrial competitiveness . Industrial clusters as an advanced form of industrial organization , can greatly improve the industrial competitiveness of the country or region . Industrial cluster theory is developed from the traditional basis of the theory , the new focus of the current theoretical research , industrial clusters has become in today's world the past 20 years the mainstream of economic phenomena . In order to speed up the revitalization of northeast old industrial base , the central government put forward \Over the years , the Northeast region is mainly dependent on government projects , preferential policies , the state capital investment to seek ways to resolve the northeast problems , but they ignore the fundamental way out of the northeast out of the woods : the establishment of the regional endogenous forces , which is the regional industry competitive culture , industry cluster is the endogenous source of strength . Analysis of industrial cluster theory , the theory of industrial clusters and the revitalization of the northeast industrial combine , northeast of the views of the development of industrial clusters . Paper is divided into four parts: The first part discusses the connotation of industrial clusters and industrial cluster theory generation , development and research status ; second part discusses the reasons for the formation of industrial clusters and formation ; industrial competitiveness of the third part through the analysis northeast the decline of the status quo , pointing out that the existing problems in the development of industry , these industries root of the problem lies in the lack of an effective form of industrial organization , industrial clusters , to foster regional development \is northeast imperative . Section IV presents the recommendations of the northeast of the development of industrial clusters , through the joint action of the government, society, enterprises and provide a perfect environment for the growth of industrial clusters .
