Abstract


With the continuous development of China's social and economic progress, labor relations in the socio-economic , organizational forms , such as interest and modalities of distribution under the influence of increasingly diversified , showing a complex and changing trends. Shenzhen \Labor and social security rights of workers in the labor process is supposed to be enjoyed in the most basic rights of workers related to personal dignity. In China's national conditions , when the labor and social security rights have been infringed upon, workers are often the first thought is to rely on government authority , and the government is also willing to take on \excessive dependence and excessive expectations , thereby squeezing the private relief and other remedies for development. This paper is divided into five parts , based on the current operating conditions of the practice of law , through labor inspection and labor arbitration both by the government to maintain the rights of workers' labor and social security laws and public relief system analysis and comparison legislative process , to find relief system caused by the collision of social reasons and legal reasons ; thus related systems by foreign combing and analysis to identify the existing labor and social security rights of the existing relief system needs improvement of the Department, and on how to improve the system of labor inspection and labor arbitration give full play to private relief and social assistance positive role , a reasonable allocation of resources to public relief and other issues put forward some ideas and suggestions.
