Abstract


Agricultural industrialization leading enterprises as the backbone of our industrial management of agriculture and the pillars of the industrialized operation of agriculture to lead our country into the breadth and depth of the backbone and decisive force . Technological innovation is the engine of China's agricultural industrialization leading enterprises with vigor and vitality , key initiatives to improve the competitiveness of enterprises of China's agricultural industrialization leading . However , for now , although some of our country's agricultural industrialization leading enterprises in technological innovation achieved certain results , but on the whole, China 's agricultural industrialization leading enterprises in the process of technological innovation presents many deficiencies and difficulties . They undoubtedly reduce the speed and effectiveness of the technical innovation of China 's leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization , thereby raising the level of industrial management of agriculture also hindered . Thus , must as soon as possible to explore the feasibility of the program suitable for China's agricultural industrialization leading enterprise technology innovation efficiency and level of , and make due contribution to the deepening of the industrial management of agriculture . This paper describes the current situation and problems of China's agricultural industrialization leading enterprise technology innovation , then depth Analysis of the existing problems of the reasons for China's agricultural industrialization leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization in China in the future , on this basis , the proposed leading enterprises in technological innovation , ideas and measures , pointed out that China 's agricultural industrialization leading enterprises in their own technological innovation should be driven by market demand , enliven the operation mechanism of micro-level adjustment .
