Abstract


Social endowment insurance system in China since the early 1980s , has experienced three changes , and eventually established a combination of old - age insurance system for the existing social pooling and individual accounts . This system is designed to be very good , and has also been on economic development, social stability played a positive role. But along with the arrival of the aging population crisis , the current social pension insurance system has been unable to calmly deal with the gradually revealed insufficient supply such as pensions , personal accounts empty account a range of issues , the old-age insurance system is imperative . Critical of China's pension system reform is to establish an effective and sustainable pension system . In this paper , the authors draw on the theory of domestic and foreign scholars on the study of old-age insurance , to compare on a variety of pension mode , combined with China's national conditions , the existing problems in China's current pension system and the characteristics of the aging population in China , target mode and the reform of the pension system reform measures .
