Abstract

Highly developed in the rule of law in Chinese society today, people have rational judgments, food safety issues behind the refraction social, economic and political issues, clearly the responsibility of food safety supervision department is the inevitable requirement for the establishment of responsible government, increase food safety supervision work of administrative accountability is an important way to ensure food safety. Therefore, I chose a start on the theme of \the the regulatory administrative accountability influencing factors, so as to further improve the food safety supervision and administrative accountability system put forward some countermeasures insights. The paper is divided into two parts, the first part is an introduction, the second part of body, body part consists of four chapters, more than forty thousand words. Introductory part, mainly on the topics of the research background, research objectives, research ideas and research methods. Firstly, by introducing the background of China's food safety supervision and administrative accountability system, pointing out that China's food safety regulatory administrative accountability system problems found in the implementation of the status quo, articles aim of the study is to solve the problem, analyze the causes, in order to improve the food safety regulatory administrative accountability system to provide some countermeasures and suggestions. Secondly, the literature and empirical analysis on China related to the relevant provisions of the food safety supervision and administrative accountability and a large number of specific cases for analysis; philosophical point of view and logical analysis of the use of development of things universal connection, an objective analysis of the status quo mining problem and causes further evidence of the importance of the special nature of the administrative accountability and improve the food safety regulatory administrative accountability system of food safety; also the use of comparative analysis, summed up China's administrative asked to learn from the advanced experience of developed countries, responsibility and accountability environment of reference, the theoretical basis for the article. The body of the paper includes a total of four parts: The first chapter is the theoretical accumulation of food safety supervision and administrative accountability system, the ecological environment of the administrative accountability system and food safety supervision and administrative accountability Post subject related to the content compared analysis and theoretical study of the meaning of food safety supervision and administrative accountability system to do in-depth study of China's food safety supervision and the special nature of the administrative accountability system and the importance of theory pave the way for the discussion below.
