Abstract


Today, china is facing a social risks, the unemployment rate continued expansion of income distribution gap, and the aging of the population, urgently need a sound social insurance system, and to defuse social risks and promoting the coordinated development of social economy. Social insurance system is to establish the legislative forms of social members to provide help to safeguard system, it is an important basic stability of market demand, and the upgrading of the industrial structure, social capital safety normal value is of great significance. Legislation is the realization of social insurance system of standardized and institutionalized. China’s social insurance legislation has started, at present China urgently needed was a system of social insurance legislation. Orgnaization of social insurance agency as China’s social insurance system, as an important part of the current legislation of serious blank. Building a socialist country ruled by law, the first to work. I according to the knowledge, reference point, many scholars with law, economics, management knowledge, summarizes the experience and lessons of foreign legislation in our country, orgnaization of social insurance agency legislation in China are analyzed, and the hope of social insurance system construction proposals.
