Abstract


Concern minors criminal justice environment to fully protect the rights and interests of minors , criminal justice field in recent years, one important issue . But for the entire juvenile justice institution-building , the criminal proceedings directly related to minors most fundamental and important rights, such as freedom of the right to health , etc., so juvenile criminal proceedings and the quality of design use is justified to directly reflect the level of a country's criminal justice . Development of minors in criminal proceedings and adult criminal proceedings entirely different direction , not only to achieve the maintenance of social order , the protection of the interests of society , more importantly, comprehensive protection of the rights of minors , but how in the two is a difficult balance between , which is also the world are active in juvenile criminal proceedings reason to study this topic . This article , the author with minors in criminal proceedings related to several issues were discussed. Article is divided into six sections: In the introduction , the author of a minor crime situation , the international criminal legislation concerning minors documents and to protect our interests in the status of minors in general introduction. China's current juvenile criminal proceedings exist in the design and operation of a number of specific weaknesses in study how to improve our juvenile criminal proceedings is very necessary and urgent . The first chapter , the first concept of minors , to determine the age of criminal responsibility , juvenile delinquency issues such as defining the concept ; Next, referring to the judicial practice of the relevant data , information, from criminal psychology , sociology perspective the characteristics of juvenile delinquency , the main types and causes of crime . This chapter aims to criminal justice sense of minors and juvenile delinquency make a more detailed introduction to readers of the criminal procedure system object of study have a more clear understanding. The second chapter focuses on the juvenile criminal proceedings concepts and principles . Because any system construction are inseparable from the concept and principles of guidance , and minors in criminal proceedings is also special in that it has a special guiding ideology and principles.
