Abstract


In this paper study under-age participate in crimes committed by Mafia-like gangs to condition of the Qianxinan Prefecture of Guizhou Province, author by the empirical research method, by questionnaires are collected from 100 juvenile offenders in juvenile prison of Guizhou by random sampling, and under-age participate in crimes committed by Mafia-like gangs cases sampling 43 of the Qianxinan Prefecture , in addition age, education background, prison term and so on , to engage in analytical research of the under-age participate in crimes committed by Mafia-like gangs, then on our laws and relevant legislative, judicial punishment of crimes , puts forward the preventing and controlling countermeasures against this kind of crime.The article is divided into four parts: the first part preceded the definition to the investigative topic, black evil forced define and introduced the main circumstance of the topic; In the second part of the thesis, a research is made on the current situation of juvenile delinquency of Guizhou and analyze under-age participate in crimes committed by Mafia-like gangs of the Qianxinan Prefecture; The third part analyses the condition and deficits in undergoing system of crimes committed by Mafia-like gangs and minor crime rules in China; chapter four, analyses the existing problems in Chinese and under-age participate in crimes committed by Mafia-like gangs put forward their solution. Carrying on the study of application by combining the concrete case, puts forward the preventing and controlling countermeasures against this kind of crime be researched from the following three points:1.Is perfected and perfect the legislation;2. Presenting the own viewpoints to the trial practices of the proceeding; 3. This will be put forward opinion from school education, family education and social education.
