Abstract


Political stability and development depends not only on the establishment and perfection of the political system; more importantly, the various systems established can be complied consciously, and that means the system should have the necessary authority. As the development of the world political parties, the great role of political parties in the political life is being recognized, and the study on political parties in the academy is becoming more and more efficient, and based on this, combined with the relevant theories of the system authority, the concept of the authority of party system is condensed out, and the academy further analyses the problems of the authority of China’s political party system, the roots of the problems, and on the basis of this, a solution is concluded.With the advance of democratization of world politics, from the view of development prospects of China’s political civilization, the authority of political party system is a more fundamental problem. The theories of the authority of party system have an important significance in promoting the construction of China’s political civilization. The authority of party system requests that the authority of system should be placed on the authority of the various political parties, and this highlights the characteristics of democracy and will help to promote the democratization of our political process;the authority of the party system provides a strong guarantee for the authority of the modern politics, and maintains the stability of our country’s political system; as an improvement and development to the party system, the construction and remodeling of the authority of the party system is the key to political reform and a good opportunity to improve China’s political system.With the accelerated process of modernization, the authority of China’s political party system is in the face of many challenges in reality. The history legitimacy of political party system is weakened, and the impact of pluralistic politics and the wave of democratization of the world forces us to have to re-examine the values and connotation of“democracy”and the challenge that the mainstream ideology experiences“ideological pluralism”. There are many reasons leading to this status, including historical influence and the shackles of ideas. The government experiences“performance difficulties”in a certain extent, and the spread of corruption is a direct threat to the solidness of the authority of our country’s political party system.The construction and remodeling of the authority of the contemporary Chinese political party system should be promoted from ideology, the Communist Party of the self-construction, multi-party cooperation system and system settings and so on. And we should strengthen the construction of the mainstream ideology to build a strong spiritual and cultural support for the establishment of the authority of the party system; the fact that the Chinese Communist Party is the leading in the authority of party system requires us to strengthen the construction of the ruling capacity, to vigorously develop inner-party democracy, and to effectively curb corruption to ensure the leading position in the construction of the socialist modernization; we should refine the multi-party cooperation system, give full play to the functions of political consultations, political participation and democratic supervision of the democratic parties on the basis of an objective understanding and correct positioning of the role and status of various democratic parties; social practices are changing, and the political system built on this should act according to the circumstances, and it should be appropriately adjusted and refined with the changing of time and conditions in order to conform to the great trend of development of democratization. As to its nature, the construction and remodeling of the authority of China’s political party system is the improvement of China’s political party system, and without doubt, to strengthen the construction of China’s political party system theories to further improve the political party system is the fundamental way to construct and remodel the authority of China’s political party system.
