Abstract


Since the 1980s, intensified globalization in the world, became the basic characteristics of the present era. As the main force of China's economy, state-owned enterprises will inevitably participate in international competition. Therefore, how to make traditional state-owned enterprises to enter the market, into a market economy cycle, improve the competitiveness of state-owned enterprises has become essential. The state-owned enterprises to improve the competitiveness of the most critical factor is the innovative capabilities, including technology innovation, management innovation, business model and brand innovation and other means, including state-owned enterprises ideological and political education. First, the introduction of this paper introduces the research background, purpose and meaning. Right within the scope of this study relevant literature was reviewed and presented the research methods, research ideas and thesis frame. Secondly, the global perspective of the state-owned enterprise ideological and political education are outlined. Discusses the concept of ideological and political education and ideological and political education and ideological and political work of the differences and connections, introduces state-owned enterprises under the ideological and political education in a globalized Evolution, discusses the ideological and political education of the necessity and importance of innovation. Then, discusses the global perspective of the state-owned enterprise ideological and political education opportunities and challenges. Introduced the basic situation of globalization, through the analysis of a questionnaire survey of employees and leadership exist HL state of mind, then come to a state-owned enterprise global ideological and political education opportunities and challenges. Then, discusses the global perspective of the state-owned enterprises innovative principles of ideological and political education. Describes the combination of inheritance and innovation principles, contents and methods of innovation and the principle of combining innovation, content, innovation and enterprise production and operation of the principle of combining, \This article also discusses the global perspective of the state-owned enterprise innovation system of ideological and political education, such as the concept of content creation, ways and means of innovation and mechanism innovation and so on. Final conclusion: To the ideological and political education into the corporate culture, the ideological and political education of state-owned enterprises to absorb advanced experience of enterprise culture in a globalized New Horizon constantly enhance its effectiveness. The purpose of this study is to pass on the context of globalization ideological and political education of state-owned enterprises innovative research, enrich and strengthen the ideological and political education in state-owned enterprises theoretical system, thus promoting the development of state-owned enterprises, enhance the international competitiveness of state-owned enterprises. Based on China through the practice of corporate culture from abroad advanced experience of state-owned enterprises in the context of globalization innovation may encounter some problems and propose solutions to these problems countermeasures to state-owned enterprise reform and development of political guarantees and intellectual support.
