Abstract


Terrorism to the contemporary world of human lives and property posed a serious threat , causing widespread concern in the international community . However, the threat of terrorism is far from being eliminated, the study of terrorism a lot of work to be done. In this thesis, in addition to the introduction and conclusion , a total of three sections , focuses on the various ideological roots of terrorism . Data cited in the first part of the dangers of terrorism , focusing on the concept of terrorism . So far , the international community has not yet unified , universally accepted concept of terrorism . The conceptual issues of terrorism is the logical starting point , seriously restricting the international community cooperation against terrorism . Therefore, the first part of this article focuses on the concept of terrorism , that the political , destructive , innocent and coercive connotation of terrorism , and in its extension of the definition , no advocate of the state as the main body of terrorist offenses . The second part of the typical events of terrorism as an example, from the meaning , characteristics and evolution were discussed other aspects of nationalism, religious extremism and Nazism three kinds of social thought , analyzed them as extremist ideology and terrorism mechanism of action, final conclusion: the three social thought as a terrorist criminal activities provide a \In view of terrorists , they pursue the ultimate goal is paramount , is the \\The third part analyzes the new features of contemporary international terrorism against the ideological roots of terrorism , the concept of democracy and human rights advocates to increase state power with the existing national identity concept training. And holding the attitude of statecraft , based on effectiveness, specific and operational discussed the problem of terrorism prevention . Such as the establishment of a rapid response mechanism , the establishment of anti-terrorism special forces and equipment, cutting off terrorist funds origins , attention to intelligence work to strengthen the international community 's counter-terrorism cooperation , strengthen the legislative building .
