Abstract


This paper studies and optimization of the magnetic nano- targeted drug delivery carrier - the paramagnetic Fe 3 < / sub > O 4 nanoparticles and γ-Fe 2 O 3 nanoparticles preparation process, using chemical co-precipitation and sol - gel method to prepare a smaller particle size , distribution of uniform and strong magnetic iron oxide nanoparticles ; tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) as the inorganic modifier Fe 3 O 4 nanoparticles surface modified , synthesized magnetic nano Fe 3 < / sub > O 4 / SiO 2 composite particles ; the aminoxatyl complexing agents (EDTA and DTPA) and chitosan (Chitosan) as organic modifier , magnetic iron oxide nanoparticles modified , respectively, the system had magnetic Fe 3 O 4 / EDTA , the magnetic Fe 3 O 4 < / sub> / DTPA, magnetic γ -Fe 2 O 3 / DTPA composite nano- particles and magnetic chitosan composite microspheres ; using FT IR, XPS, XRD, TEM the pore volume of SEM , specific surface area and pore size analyzer and vibrating sample magnetometer meter variety of analytical testing methods to characterize the structure and performance of the composite particles prepared microspheres : composite particles and microspheres with relatively small particle diameter and a strong magnetic properties , to fully meet the needs of the nano particle size and the magnetic properties of the targeted drug delivery carrier ; in the application of , respectively, the ultraviolet absorption spectrum (UVS) of Fe 3 O 4 / SiO 2 magnetic chitosan composite particles on the role of the drug release aspirin and the drug effect on bovine serum albumin , using atomic absorption spectroscopy ( AAS ) magnetic nano Fe 3 O 4 / EDTA, Fe 3 O 4 / DTPA , and γ -Fe < sub> 2 O 3 / DTPA composite particles and magnetic chitosan adsorption of the ordinary metal ion chelation , in order to open up new avenues for targeted drug delivery .
