Abstract


For people with disabilities , employment is not only a fundamental way to enhance the economic and social status , to improve the level of material and spiritual life , but also to achieve the integration of persons with disabilities in social life , the fundamental way to realize the value of life is to achieve \basic rights of ways . For families of disabled persons , persons with disabilities is a significant burden on families , the employment of persons with disabilities to the families of most concern to the most practical problems need to be addressed . Employment will not only allow people with disabilities to participate in social life and become self-supporting , to achieve its social value and the value of life , and can also increase the human resources of the community . People with disabilities as an important part of the community of nations , should and can , together with the whole social progress and to share the results of social resources and social development . At the same time , an important manifestation of the disability equality of employment is also the foundation of social harmony and social fairness and justice . Empirical studies of the level of education , level of vocational training , occupational distribution and their understanding of the employment policies of the extent of the Disabled , Disabled relatively low level of education , vocational training level is relatively shallow , the channels of employment relative narrow , the overall situation of the employment of persons with disabilities is not optimistic ; barriers to employment for persons with disabilities on the basis of subjective and objective analysis , proposed to create a social environment , and improve the employment patterns and to improve the quality of employment as the main content of macro -, meso- , micro- three level linkage operation strategies to promote urban employment of persons with disabilities . The paper also suggested that the combined employment \Expect the proposed operating strategy and innovation , the employment rate of persons with disabilities and the enhancement of the quality of employment for people with disabilities improving the quality of the material and spiritual life , can produce constructive and positive effect .
