The method of Social Network Analysis is developed by sociologist based on mathematical method and graph theory.Recently,the method are widely used and importance in the fields that includes Internet Technology, Occupational mobility, World political and economic systems and so on. This research project intended to analyze the link structure of Tibetan Web base on the research achievement of Social Network Analysis,and used to progress in information processing of Tibetan Web.The research on link structure of Tibetan Web has basic academic value and the value of a wide range of applications to fields that includes Tibetan Search Engine, Cross-Language Information Retrieval, Tibetan Web community discovery, opinion analysis of Tibetan Web public and so on.Its contents contain the following technology and discipline:sociology, Computational linguistics, lexicography, statistical linguistics, database technology, the link structure of the classical algorithm, Cross-Language Information Retrieval,java programming and so on.In this paper,we start from the crawling of Tibetan web page,and then catch the fundmental elment of the research,the link nodes and relative information about it,based on the regular expression,and then store the link information used the technology of Datebase Storage.Through the following methods of Social Network Analysis which includes social relationship(contains individual,group or social) and its structural analysis,hub analysis and authoritative analysis,simple graphy theory and Statistical analysis of measurement,we extract the link relationship,construct the link construction of tibetan web(unvisualization),extract hub webpage and authority webpage,do the analysis of the weight on Tibetan webpage,and preliminary study the secondary network information based on the link construction of tibetan web. The analysis of the weight on Tibetan webpage is focal point and key technical difficulties in the paper.Finally, we discussed some research gaps and future research work of The Research of Link tructure in Tibetan Web Base on Social Network Analysis.
