Abstract


Interest is the origin reason of an the activities in human society.The implement of the interest is a dynamic process,the interest expression is the essential aspect,which is so imponant to balance the society interest structure,and stable the whole political system.In Chinese transformation period The various types of interest expression starting to show,our country’s current interest expression mechanism can not adapt to new situations, new circumstances,with some new problems such like principal part’s incapable,channel of interest expression imperfect,the phenomenon which people to take the non-institutionalized means express interests have increased and so on.After analyzing deficiency of the current interest expression mechanism,propose the market’s economic rapid development profound impact our society interests pattern,both political reform and construction of socialist culture delay are the reason of leading to these problems.Against shortcomings of interest expression mechanism proposed measures is the main purpose of this article.Interests expression system governance is a long-term and systematic project. Perfection the interest expression mechanism should be following aspects:first,must cultivate mature interest expression subject;second,make the ruling party become the main channel of the expression of interest;third, improving the system of citizen interest expression platform;fourth, to ensure the effective functioning of social organizations;fifth, pay attention to the function of network in citizens interests expression; finally, we should pay attention to the problem of vulnerable groups interests expression, build the interests expression mechanism of vulnerable groups.
