Abstract


Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy for the treatment of chronic cold dampness urticaria cold and dampness soup . Methods 206 patients with chronic cold type urticaria patients were divided into two groups . A group of 104 cases , oral cold and dampness soup ; B group 102 cases the oral Mizolastine . Observed before and after treatment , itching, number of wheal wheal size , duration of each episode , the number of attacks per week VAS value decreased symptom score index (SSRI) changes . Results (1) A group total effective rate of 80.8% , the B group, the total effective rate of 74.5% , total effective compare the difference was not significant ( P = 0.28 gt ; 0.01) . ( 2 ) after the treatment of the two groups within the VAS values ??decreased in each symptom score than before treatment , the difference was significant ( P lt; 0.01 ) . ( 3) cold and dampness soup mizolastine reduce rash itching to cut the number of wind group , to shorten the attack time to reduce the number of attacks , and reduce the VAS value , the differences were significant ( P lt; 0.05 ) . Conclusion cold and dampness soup mizolastine chronic urticaria ( cold type ) have a good effect , but the former is more effective than the latter .
