Abstract


With the enhancement of global economic integration, increasing international competition of agricultural products, agricultural technology and information exchanges have become more frequent. International agricultural standards, agricultural use of international standards, represents the development direction of modern agriculture, is imperative. Highly modernized agriculture developed world, all with a high degree of standardization as the basis for the pursuit of high standards of health and safety products, industrial sustainable development as the goal. Therefore, improving the level of development of agricultural standardization, quality and safety of agricultural products to build, strengthen a country to become a regional market competitiveness of important measures. Standardization of agricultural production by economic development and the restrictions on the way, not only with a wide gap between the international and domestic market can not meet the need for quality and safety of agricultural products. Internationally, developed numerous sanitary and phytosanitary measures, so that China's agricultural exports suffered tremendous pressure, demanding a higher standard to set up trade barriers in developing countries. In China, the western development, the development of the Yangtze River Delta and the provincial agricultural structure adjustment and industrial development of the urgent need for standardization of agricultural development are put forward higher requirements. To speed up the \establish and improve a unified and authoritative agricultural quality standards system; strengthen the implementation of standards of quality and safety of agricultural products to protect consumer safety, improving the people's quality of life; expansion of agricultural standardization demonstration area, and promote sustained, rapid and healthy development of the county economy; implementation of agricultural standardization circulation , establish credibility, and efficient agricultural market system; strengthen the standardization of leading enterprises to raise the overall level of industrial management of agriculture; increase the adoption of international standards and foreign advanced standards efforts, greatly improve the quality of agricultural products and international competitiveness. In this paper, the development trend of agricultural standardization cut, in-depth analysis of the current situation of China's agricultural standardization, explore problems and their causes, and made more feasible proposals and measures. The article first from the basic definition of the concept, content, system, and starting agricultural standardization leads to the theme; then analyzes the development trend of domestic and international agricultural standardization, and summarizes useful experience; on this basis, to further explore the development of agricultural standardization related causes of the problem and its significance of economics and management mechanisms; finally based on the role of the relevant government departments, in line with China's economic development requirements of proposed agricultural standardization strategy endeavors.
