Abstract


Skating techniques is the core of the speed roller skating. Correct and reasonable skating techniques enable the athlete to perform better.In the process of rolling in and out the bend, athletes’barcentric velocity, barcentric height, stride frequency and stride, body posture and body’s joint’s angle are the factors affecting the skating techniques. In the research on the into- and- out bend techniques, we analyze the main factors affecting it and also summarize the characteristics of the into- and- out bend techniques, and then we propose a theoretical preference for the into- and- out bend techniques.This research used a standard three-dimensional camera and video analysis DLT measurement approach and took the pre eight players in 2009 qualifying 300m individual time trial as subjects. And we did a research of the eight subjects’performance in the competition on their into- and- out bend techniques according to sports theories.The results show that the athletes had a smaller stride stage and a slow stride frequency, the athletes’hip, knee, ankle joints’angels affect their lower limbs pedaling and stretching , and when they skated into the bend, their angle speed is seriously affected by the cooperation between the floating leg and the withdrawing leg, and additionally, the angles changed very quickly.
