Abstract


The face of today's society, the rapid development of science and technology continues to progress, as well as the continuous improvement of material living standards, health concerns never like this in earnest, \content, the term \\Elective Teaching Physical Education Reform in the new teaching model, in line with the reform of teaching new concepts, new ideas. Years of development process reflects a positive, beneficial effects: changes the traditional teaching methods; the autonomic innervation space to students, and a combination of freedom; ownership of the freedom of learning strategies to students; advocate of democracy, equality and harmonious division student relationship; help to stimulate learning initiative.
