Abstract


With the development of the economy , many companies have moved to the Group of the road . However, with the expansion of the scale , the magnitude and difficulty of the management of the group companies is also increasing , the company will need to establish an effective internal control system , to achieve effective supervision and incentive . Therefore , the group of companies to use reasonable performance evaluation system and scientific comprehensive evaluation method of the member enterprises performance evaluation is very important , comprehensive evaluation of the results of the Group's corporate strategy formulation and strategic development plan to provide the necessary information , which members of the Steering Group internal enterprise the high efficiency of the operation and strategic development . Firstly economic theory formed enterprise groups described in the analysis of the internal structure of the enterprise group , described the importance of the performance evaluation of the group of companies , and analyze the Group Company performance evaluation system for the evaluation of the main the various elements . Analysis of the current performance evaluation system , the status of members of corporate performance evaluation of our Group companies are analyzed to establish a set of practical performance evaluation index system . Elaborated next comprehensive evaluation method used in enterprise performance evaluation of its strengths and weaknesses and the scope of applications carried out a comparative analysis ; departure from an empirical point of view , the use of a number of comprehensive evaluation methods on a specific example analysis , and the results of a comparative study to facilitate the Group 's reasonable use of these evaluation methods .
