Abstract


In China , the transition from a planned economy to a market economy system has been basically completed. Almost all walks of life have been the market surrounded . College with their own conditions , according to market supply and demand conditions , the formation of an independent school characteristics , coordination and long-term development of the Chinese economy will have important practical significance . And market-oriented colleges and universities how to market positioning, form their own school characteristics ? Through the study of the development of higher education at home and abroad , starting from the point of view of marketing , management , some of the methods and means of application them to higher education , to guide the reform of the college . Collected in the course of the study , many aspects of domestic and foreign higher education information and to participate in the school characteristics research projects of the school . In this paper, by introducing the basic situation of foreign higher education market , the theory and practice , as well as higher education market-oriented system, and this compares with China 's development . Specific analysis of college should be how to coordinate the students and enterprises of both supply and demand , market positioning , and form their own school characteristics .
