Abstract


In recent decades , home-school co-operation to become the theme of the world education and school reform , also attached considerable importance to our country , as an important part of school education reform . With the deepening of education reform , it is increasingly recognized that youth socialization process , school and family are two main decisive factor in strengthening the cooperation between the two has an extremely important significance for the healthy growth of young people . In this paper, using literature research method and research analysis , the full exposition of the meaning of the Home-School Co-operation and the importance of socialization of young people , a review of the previous research , select , Pudong New Area , Shanghai , land line North Some Countermeasures school as the research object , observe and analyze the impact of its Home-School Co-operation and socialization of young people , and then put forward to promote home-school co-operation , an effective way to optimize adolescent socialization , to promote young successful socialization .
