Abstract


In recent years, policy - based network management PBNM ( Policy Based Network Management ) can effectively simplify and automate network management , etc. , has been rapid development. The PBNM but any well - run system must have effective strategies for conflict detection and resolution mechanisms , or running at the same time a number of strategies within the system may cause the system to be inconsistent , and even paralysis , can not run . Therefore , the implementation of a number of different strategies on a network device , maintaining the consistency between the management strategy is very important . Consistency test of the strategy is to determine if a conflict exists between the strategy , namely the existence of two or more of the condition part of the strategy to meet at the same time , the action can not be executed simultaneously . At home and abroad on the policy conflicts are mainly divided into two directions - management strategy based on the IETF Policy Core Information Model conflict detection and using role-based access control method based on the security policy conflict detection . The policy conflict detection and resolution of conflict management strategy based on the IETF Policy Core Information Model . This paper first introduces two strategic thinking - Business - level strategy , technical -level policy ; based the strategy network management architecture and IETF then explore how to effectively advanced business -level policies translate into lower -level policies , as well as the policy storage problems ; policy conflicts policy transformation process need to be focused on solving the problem , this paper on the basis of analysis and comparison of the current development status of domestic and foreign policy conflict detection and resolution , a semi-lattice - based policy conflict detection method ; final design and implementation of the policy management tools with collision detection function .
