Abstract


The report at 17th National Congress of CPC points out that "employment is the basic thing in people’s life". The employment situation of college graduates is becoming more and more severe and has aroused universal concerns of the whole society. Whether college students can cultivate a strong career development sense in preparation for the future during college years not only decides whether they can be a useful and successful person or not, but also concerns the vital interests of millions of households as well as the social stability and harmonious developments. Therefore, the study and exploration of cultivating the career development sense of college students is an important course for colleges in educating students. The thesis starts with problems existing in the career development sense of college students, and conducts an overall and systemic discussion on colleges’ cultivations of the career development sense of college students, hoping to provide feasible references and suggestions to further promote the effectiveness of graduates’ employment tasks in colleges.The thesis elaborates the connotation and main composition of the career development sense of college students, conducts a discussion on the necessity of cultivating the career development sense of college students in colleges, analyzes the status quo of the students’ career development senses as well as the problems existing in colleges on the aspect of cultivating students’ career development senses on the basis of research and study, points out the colleges should observe the principles of subjectivism, objectivism, as well as expansibility while cultivating students’ career development senses, and at the same time, provides countermeasures and suggestions:participate in full and infiltrate in the whole course, ensuring the cultivation’s longevity; optimize the installation of disciplines, majors and courses, and promote reforms in education, increasing the cultivation’s quality; arm college students with scientific theories, hold widely social activities and strengthen campus cultural constructions, improving the cultivation’s effectiveness; enhance constructions of the faculty for college students’ career development educations, improve mechanisms for career development education services, upgrading the cultivation’s utility.
