Abstract

The emitting object converted into light radiation energy absorbed in some way . Photoluminescence objects absorb light energy the STORING then light-emitting phenomenon . The photoluminescence material application is very extensive , it is very common on the TV, computer screens , fluorescent ; luminous paint can be made ??luminous ink , light-emitting cement, light-emitting plastic , light paper , light-emitting ceramic , light-emitting glass , arts and crafts products, luminous watches ; also in the field of architectural decoration, railway vessel traffic , military products , light chemical products , emergency lighting, security signs and other important uses . Although the photoluminescence material more than ten years of research and application has made ??tremendous progress, especially in green and blue photoluminescence materials preparation technology has gradually matured , but the red light-induced light-emitting materials research progress still slower . Traditional red fluorescent material is the main raw material for rare earth expensive Y 2 < / sub > O 3 < / Sub > and of Eu 2 < / sub > O 3 < / sub > oxide. However , ZnO is a strongly absorb UV light low-cost very stable oxides , its physical and chemical properties . Therefore, the preparation of ZnO red fluorescent material as a substrate , can be applied to the cold north and hot in the south and the high plateau of the strong ultraviolet radiation , and can be used in spacecraft coating pigments . In this study, rare earth elements europium (Eu) unique luminescent properties of alkali metal elements lithium (Li) -sensitized performance , high - temperature solid-phase method and sol - gel prepared ZnO : Eu , Li red photoluminescence material . Determined by the laser particle size analyzer integrated thermal ( TG - DTA ) analysis to determine the calcination temperature of the precursor ; through the X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analysis to determine the structure and morphology of the crystalline phase of the product ; product particle size distribution ;
