Abstract


The modern theory of leadership , leadership is an influence, leaders purpose , the process of thinking and behavior to communicate effectively be led . Leader leadership activities , the influence of both power and non- power influence , traditional \with the improvement and progress of the development of the times and social leaders to rely more on its inherent influence , non-power influence . The status and role of the non-power influence has become increasingly dominated . The article tries to in-depth study of the influence of the non-power , to reveal the important status and role of the university research project management . Also is the focus of elaborate non- power impact force and college research management work inherent 's , causal relationship with each other can not be divided into sex , guide us from a deeper level to analyze positive for the non-power influence , positive Scientific Research Management work of decisive role , which is to improve the level of influence , and university research project management leaders to stimulate the work of subordinates initiative to improve the level of university research project management will have a positive effect . Non-power influence decision to a university research project management is good or bad , mainly because it does not depend on the power to form . Because it does not fluctuate with the managers the power to change , it is a comprehensive reflection of the managers personal ideological and moral qualities and scientific and cultural qualities of subordinate managers to play a role . Who was the place , there will be conditions for non-power influence . Managers of non-power influence by managers are convincing obedience, only with these conditions , improve the level of university research project management in order to achieve a real sense .
