Method: manual searches from January 1989 to December 2004 with acute pancreatitis Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Surgery, World Chinese Journal of Digestology Chinese Journal of Critical Care Medicine, Department of General Surgery, Chinese Journal of Digestive magazine, Hepatobiliary Surgery, Clinical Surgery, Chinese Journal of Practical Surgery, General Surgery, Chinese Journal of Digestive Endoscopy, Chinese and Western Medicine, Diseases of the pancreas, the Journal of Clinical Gastroenterology, digestive surgery, and other 14 kinds of Chinese magazines; the total number of registered treatment of acute pancreatitis articles All the RCT / CCT article-by-article analysis by the Cochrane Collaboration Handbook standard. Results: A total of 14 kinds of inspection magazine 178 (1480), to find out the treatment of acute pancreatitis article 204, of which the clinical therapeutic RCT / CCT article 30, the proportion was 14.7%. In all RCT / CCT article: (1) describes the random method in five (16.7%), the completely random four (13.3%); the mentioned baseline comparability (including description) 19 (63.3%), no (2) explicitly included in the standard 25 (83.3%), exclusion criteria 4 (13.3%), Clinical criteria exactly 27 (90%) mentioned adverse reaction a blinded; articles (10%); (3) the sample size is less than 100 27 (90%), a significant test of 28 (93.3%). 204 AP therapeutic article: (1) the first author engaged in professional \u0026 P 132 (64.7%), Gastroenterology 47 (23%); (2) Article 91 diagnostic criteria (77.8% ), in which the pancreas session (1996 Guiyang) Standard 71 (60.7%); (3) treatment to medical treatment, 80 (69%), which ordinary surgical treatment of 76 (65%), Department of Gastroenterology 28 (23.9%). Conclusion: the treatment of acute pancreatitis mainly to non-surgical treatment. Clinical research design unreasonable, thesis writing is not standardized. Therapeutic RCT / CCT articles proportion of less therapeutic RCT / CCT article, quantity, quality can not meet the needs of clinical practice. As soon as possible popularity of evidence-based medicine knowledge, strengthen the RCT clinical methods of learning and training, to further improve the quality of RCT / CCT to provide reliable evidence for clinical practice.
