Abstract


Objective: To investigate the screw position on the structure of the bone plate and screw system stability to provide experimental basis for clinical plate and screw application . Method : chestnut wood twenty-four ( Chestnut / castaneamolliss ) , of the samples were randomly divided into four groups, each group of six , each chestnut wood simulated transverse fracture , an 12 - hole dynamic compression plate symmetry fixed , fixed position : fixed set of 1-2-6 ; B fixed set of 1-3-6 ; C fixed set of 1-4-6 ; D fixed set of 1-5-6 . Parallel to the plate plane direction of the long axis of the three - point bending experiments and anti - torsion test on the material testing machine . Results: In the three - point bending experiment group D fracture strain (849.67 ± 44.03με) , A group average strain fracture (774.50 ± 18.00με) Min . Average fracture strain and B ( 816.33 ± 25.43με ) in group A , C ( 838.83 ± 31.80με ) , D group there was significant difference ( p lt ; 0.05 ) , the average strain between the B and C groups no significant difference ( p gt ; 0.05 ) . Anti- torsion test the A ( 236.83 ± 72.11με ) B ( ± 118.17με 210.00 ) , C ( 242.83 ± 129.60με ) , D ( 249.33 ± 47.10με ) fracture strain between the groups was no significant difference ( p gt ; 0.05 ) Conclusion: the same plate length and the number of screws , in the three - point bending experiment , different screw locations on the plate and screw structure stability of the system have a significant impact ; torsion experiments , different screw position on the plate and screw the stability of the system of internal fixation structure does not have a significant impact .
