Research purposes to establish acute of focal intracranial hypertension animal model to study the dynamic variation of the rabbit intracranial hypertension state TCD spectrum , explore TCD parameters in intracranial pressure and intracranial pressure ( ICP ) , cerebral perfusion pressure (CPP ) provide experimental evidence for the correlation , and the establishment of ICP, CPP and TCD parameters of the regression equation , observe the the TCD spectrum of intracranial hypertension in end-stage rabbit dying process of change , for the clinical application of TCD without invasive monitoring of ICP , CPP , and the diagnosis of brain death . 【 】 The the epidural balloon waterflood law produced acute focal intracranial hypertension in animal models . New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into two groups , the experimental group ( n = 20 ) , water ladder balloon ; 8 of the control group , the balloon is not water injection .
